We will gather for a time to pause and practice mindfulness and reflect through mark making and journaling, meditation, and creative expression. PORTALS will be our theme throughout this M+C practice, meeting virtually via Zoom from 6:30-7:30 pm EST. If you are unable to attend, a recording will be sent to you within 48 hours.
